Job Description
We’re looking for a reliable podcast editor and content manager to handle both editing and publishing our podcast content.
This role includes:
- Repurposing podcast episodes into Instagram Reels
- Uploading and publishing Reels to Instagram
- Uploading and publishing full podcast episodes to Spotify
This is an ongoing role for the right person.

Scope of Work
You will be responsible for:
- Editing long-form podcast episodes
- Identifying strong, engaging moments for short-form content
- Creating Instagram Reels from podcast clips
- Adding:
- Burned-in captions / subtitles
- Clean cuts and pacing
- Light branding where required
- Uploading and posting Reels to Instagram
- Correct format, captions, hashtags (basic)
- Uploading full podcast episodes to Spotify
- Title, description, episode notes
- Organising files and maintaining consistency

- Clean, conversational podcast clips
- Mobile-first, easy to understand
- Strong hook in the first 1–3 seconds
- Clear subtitles (no over-editing or gimmicks)

Requirements
- Experience editing podcasts
- Experience posting Instagram Reels
- Experience uploading podcasts to Spotify
- Understanding of what performs on Instagram
- Fluent English (for captions and episode descriptions)
- Reliable communication and turnaround time
