• Develop and maintain business intelligence solutions using Power BI, SQL, MDX, and Tableau
• Review, Analyse and Modify the back-end database processes that stage the data for reports
• Write and Maintain complex SQL queries for data extraction for validation
• Reverse engineering database processes and reports, understand the logic and intent, and enhance or re-write
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Conduct testing and validate results to ensure accuracy and quality
• Support UAT testing
• Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support
• nalyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights
• Design and implement data pipelines and ensure seamless data integration
• Maintain documentation for data models, configurations, and processes
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
Required Skills
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies
• Strong Experience and Expertise in PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, and MDX
• Proficient and Experienced in Stored Procedures and complex queries
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Proven track record of managing and mentoring teams
• Experience with various testing and result validation
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Knowledge of data mapping and data pipelines
