  • *Position Overview**

Prime 7 Series is hiring a Sales Representative (2), to help build and expand the apparel division from the ground up. This is a front-line sales role focused on generating new business, building relationships with teams and organizations, and driving apparel revenue.

This is a startup-style opportunity. You will be responsible for creating your own pipeline, managing outreach, and closing deals. You will be directly tied to the growth of a developing apparel brand within a fast-moving sports company.

  • *Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound outreach to teams, coaches, clubs, and sports organizations
  • Build and manage relationships across football, flag football, 7v7, and youth sports programs
  • Generate new business for uniforms, team apparel, and custom gear packages
  • Identify and pursue new markets, regions, and partnership opportunities
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with leads and active prospects
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through deal completion
  • Represent the Prime 7 brand with professionalism and clarity in all interactions
  • Track outreach, conversations, and deal flow independently
  • Contribute ideas around sales strategy, pricing positioning, and market expansion
  • Support the growth of the apparel division into new regions across the country
