About the position

    Responsibilities
  • Lead complex, cross-team projects that have a direct impact on the company.
  • Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery.
  • Identify ways to improve and streamline business processes and projects.
  • Plan, design, manage, and execute project plans to ensure delivery, including management through feasibility, design, planning, and implementation.
  • Ensure projects, processes, and programs are documented appropriately to mitigate risk and proactively partner with Audit and the second line.
  • Manage and oversee projects in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements, including change control.
  • Leverage problem-solving and influencing skills to ensure projects are delivered on intent.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery.
  • Exhibit strong influencing skills to effectively drive program efforts.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders at all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes.
    Requirements
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Project Management or Process Management.
  • At least 2 years of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
    Nice-to-haves
  • Bachelor's degree or military experience.
  • At least 1 year of payments experience.
  • BMP, PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification.
  • At least 3 years of Project Management experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience using Jira or Confluence.
