About the position
- Responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross-team projects that have a direct impact on the company.
- Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery.
- Identify ways to improve and streamline business processes and projects.
- Plan, design, manage, and execute project plans to ensure delivery, including management through feasibility, design, planning, and implementation.
- Ensure projects, processes, and programs are documented appropriately to mitigate risk and proactively partner with Audit and the second line.
- Manage and oversee projects in a complex dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing requirements, including change control.
- Leverage problem-solving and influencing skills to ensure projects are delivered on intent.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery.
- Exhibit strong influencing skills to effectively drive program efforts.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work in a dynamic complex environment.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders at all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes.
- Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification.
- At least 2 years of experience in Project Management or Process Management.
- At least 2 years of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
- Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor's degree or military experience.
- At least 1 year of payments experience.
- BMP, PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification.
- At least 3 years of Project Management experience.
- At least 1 year of experience using Jira or Confluence.
