- There is no leisurely onboarding period — you will need to master multiple products within your first month.
- This role requires independent problem-solving and self-direction without constant managerial oversight. Principal Technical Support Engineer — Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the fusion of human expertise and AI capability, handling complex technical challenges that require both advanced problem-solving skills and deep technical knowledge.
- Continuously enhance our AI support systems by identifying and addressing gaps in their problem-solving capabilities. Basic Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on technical support experience.
- Advanced-level proficiency with generative AI tools, including experience with workflow automation and custom GPT development (basic AI usage for content creation won’t suffice).
- Current residence in North or South America.

Working with us
- This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
