Procurement Buyer II
About the position
As a Procurement Buyer II here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in driving
our organization's procurement and purchasing activities. This position plays a
critical part in ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and strategic
alignment within the procurement function.
You will report directly to our Procurement Supervisor, and you’ll work out of
our El Paso, TX location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the procurement process by optimizing purchasing
strategies, enhancing supplier relationships, and contributing to the overall
success of the supply chain management.

- Responsibilities
- Drive the purchasing process, from identifying procurement needs to supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management, ensuring that purchases aremade efficiently and in accordance with organizational guidelines.
- Participate in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, conducting due diligence, and negotiating terms to secure cost-effective and high-qualitypurchases.
- Monitor and control purchasing costs, seeking cost-saving opportunities, negotiating favorable terms, and optimizing the allocation of resources.
