Product Owner, IA Agency Engagement & Experience

In this role, you will lead the intake and prioritization for the TrainIAcs release train delivering capabilities that enable the Ignite and Instant Incentives programs, plus much more. Incorporates agile philosophies and processes to guide/teach an agile mindset amongst team and business partners. Develops team with emphasis on agile principles, guidelines to inclusion and our Liberty Mutual values to foster a growth mindset and inspiring team environment.
Partners with stakeholders, release train engineer, product owners and delivery teams to enable capabilities across the independent agent channel. Influences team decisions to balance business impact, speed to market and resolution of technical debt. Removes roadblocks, provides organizational support, and ensures alignment and consistency to corporate objectives. Engages and participates in work that enables and supports individuals on the team.
