Description:
DataMasters Inc. is seeking meticulous and dedicated Professional Data Entry Keyers to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position offering both full-time and part-time opportunities. The ideal candidates will have exceptional attention to detail and a passion for accuracy. As a Data Entry Keyer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and quality of our data.
Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk
– Experience with MS Office and data programs
– Familiarity with administrative duties
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Excellent typing speed and accuracy
– Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
– Good communication skills
Responsibilities:
– Inputting customer and account data from source documents within time limits
– Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
– Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
– Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
– Applying data program techniques and procedures
– Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations
– Scanning documents and printing files, when needed
– Keeping information confidential and complying with data integrity and security policies
