Project Manager / Account Lead (Web Support & Maintenance)
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our ongoing web support, maintenance, and strategic consulting services for a large-scale web project. You will work closely with the client’s team to manage tasks, ensure deadlines are met, and coordinate deliverables for ongoing web operations, ensuring top-tier results and customer satisfaction.
- Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all project timelines, task orders, and deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client.
- Develop, negotiate, and manage Task Orders, ensuring proper scope, level of effort, and cost management.
- Lead regular client meetings to track progress, identify issues, and resolve blockers.
- Ensure high-quality, timely execution of web maintenance and development tasks.
- Liaise with internal and external teams, ensuring alignment across all project phases.
- Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in project management, preferably in web services or technology.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, MS Project), task order management, client-facing skills.
- Preferred: Experience with managing web support and consulting contracts, familiarity with web platforms such as WordPress/Pantheon.
