About the Role:

• Manage and negotiate licensing deals for Minecraft's International Consumer Products business


• Develop strategies to increase licensee revenue and secure new business deals


• Collaborate with internal teams, including Product Development, Legal, Finance, Franchise, and Marketing


• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and licensees


• Analyze market trends and data to inform decision-making and drive results

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in consumer products licensing (non-tech)


• Bachelor's degree


• Proven track record of negotiating and closing licensing deals


• Strong knowledge of licensing agreements, contract administration, and process


• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills


• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
