About the position

    Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee multiple food program projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the client company and vendors, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.
  • Develop project plans, track progress, and report on project milestones to stakeholders.
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, procurement, and facilities, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status, identifying potential risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure vendor compliance with contractual obligations, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Lead post-project evaluations, capturing key learnings and suggesting process improvements for future projects.
    Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within foodservice, hospitality, or corporate services industries.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on meeting timelines and budget constraints.
  • Experience working in a client-facing role, especially with corporate or global clients.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing communication between stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Degree in business, communications, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with both clients and vendors.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar software.
  • Knowledge of contract management and compliance, particularly as it relates to vendor management.
  • Ability to ensure projects stay within financial constraints.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to identify risks and implement solutions quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
    Nice-to-haves
  • Familiarity with food program management or similar service-oriented operations is a plus.
  • Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is a plus.
