Lead the end-to-end delivery of on-site data collection projects supporting user studies
Build and manage detailed project plans and schedules to ensure timely execution
Oversee budget management, including forecasting and tracking expenditures
Coordinate on-site logistics, including staffing, equipment, and participant flow
Manage and support project team members, ensuring accountability and progress

3+ years of project management experience in on-site data collection or user studies
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Management, Economics, or Computer Science
Strong time management, budget management, and client-facing presentation skills
Experience coordinating with vendors, contractors, and field teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Working knowledge of Android and Apple devices for study execution
Scrum Master experience or Agile project delivery experience
