About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Management Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a property management company overseeing 102 rental properties. You’ll play a key role in reducing the client's administrative burden while ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all property-related transactions.
- Key Responsibilities
- Draft and send landlord rental statements
- Process rent payments using the client’s property management software
- Manage landlord payments and internal commission allocation
- Enter and manage contractor invoices
- Assist with tenant referencing and lease creation using templates
- Coordinate and organize property repairs with tenants and contractors
- Manage deposit tracking and related administrative tasks
- Provide ongoing administrative support related to property management
- Perform daily bank reconciliation reports (screenshot ledger and send updates)

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with financial transactions
- Requirements
- Experience in administrative or property management support roles
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Basic understanding of UK property management practices is preferred
- Proficiency in property management software or ability to quickly learn new systems
- High level of tech-savviness and ability to adapt to different platforms
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate proactive thinking
- Flexibility to work some weekends if required for time-sensitive tasks
