- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle tenant communications, lease renewals, and move-in/move-out coordination
- Ensure timely rent collection and enforce lease terms
- Coordinate with our maintenance team and vendors to keep properties in top condition
- Provide clear updates and financial performance reports to owners
- Maintain compliance with all relevant rental laws and documentation standards
- What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of experience in residential property management or leasing (Appfolio experience is a plus)
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A team player who values transparency, accountability, and ethics
- Compensation:
- Base Salary: $48,000/year
- Performance Bonuses tied to KPIs
