Property Manager (Single-Family & Small Multi-Family)
TPG Management is a New Jersey–based property management firm specializing in single-family and small multi-family residential rentals. We provide full-service management, including leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and compliance.
- Our mission is to protect property investments while scaling efficiently, with a goal of reaching 1,000 properties under management. We value professionalism, accountability, and strong relationships with both owners and residents.Responsibilities
- Manage single-family and small multi-family properties from A–Z
- Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, with a strong focus on owner satisfaction and retention
- Perform in-field work 1–2 days per week, including: ,Property inspections, Owner meetings, Vendor meetings, Tenant escalation meetings
- Oversee daily property operations: ,Maintenance coordination, Lease enforcement and compliance, Tenant communication and issue resolution, and compliance with state and local regulations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Maintenance, Leasing, and Accounting teams
- Proactively identify issues and implement solutions to protect asset value Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing single-family and multi-family properties
- Experience working with both mom-and-pop owners and investors.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
- Comfortable working independently in a hybrid / mostly remote environment
