We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Proposal Quality Analyst to join our team at Aetna. This is a full-time, remote opportunity with a competitive salary range of $20 - $30 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute key correspondence programs, including creating and conveying communication plans and messages
- Oversee activities, projects, or cycles for the Business Communications department
- Drive business communication procedures in support of business objectives using best practices, innovation, and audience insight
- Implement business communication plans, including integrating strategies and messages and planning the timing of messages across the organization
- Measure progress and outcomes of business communication plans and activities, adjusting as needed to achieve desired results
- Ensure all business communications are error-free, accurate, properly approved, and consistent with organizational values
- Mentor and train junior associates in procedures, processes, and responsibilities
Required Qualifications:
- Proven ability to execute and deliver (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
- Proficient in business acumen and analysis
