We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Psychology Associate to join our Behavioral Health Services team at the Former Cascade Behavioral Health Hospital in Tukwila, WA. As a Psychology Associate, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing comprehensive assessments, evidence-based treatments, and therapeutic relationships with patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement group treatment interventions for competency restoration patients
- Provide individual and group treatment daily using evidence-based treatment modalities
- Conduct psychological testing and assessments of violence and/or suicidal risk
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan treatment in accordance with hospital and CMS guidelines
- Complete required documentation according to professional, hospital, and federal standards
- Provide court testimony (where applicable)
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Psychology or related mental health field from an accredited school or department of psychology
- Strong clinical skills and experience working with adults with severe psychiatric conditions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
