About the position
- Responsibilities
- Answer 9-1-1 calls and public agency calls.
- Make outgoing calls to service providers and allied agencies.
- Operate voice radio to dispatch and interact with field personnel.
- Complete data entry into various databases.
- Requirements
- Certified typing speed of 40 words per minute.
- Pass a Drug Screening prior to being hired.
- Clear a Background Investigation prior to being hired.
- Obtain Medical Clearance prior to being hired.
- Clear a Psychological Evaluation prior to being hired.

- Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively with people.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously under stress.
