Role Overview
We are seeking experienced insurance professionals with mid-to-large commercial account experience to serve as Qualifying Agents for tax savings and employer benefits conversations. This role focuses on outreach, qualification, and scheduling β not plan design, tax advice, or closing. Our senior specialists handle those steps.
This opportunity is designed for currently licensed agents who wish to maintain their existing appointments and relationships while adding a residual income stream. Agents can continue working with their current companies while enhancing value for their existing clients β positioning themselves as a trusted advisor and becoming the βHEROβ for their current book of business through additional cost-saving and benefit opportunities.
- Responsibilities
- Contact mid-to-large business owners to introduce benefits review opportunities
- Qualify interest and schedule calls with senior professionals
- Participate in scheduled calls for continuity
- Follow up on census submissions and confirm completion
- Coordinate with internal team for next steps
- Maintain professional and compliant communication
- Requirements
- Experience with mid-to-large commercial accounts required
- Background in employer-sponsored or group benefits
- Comfortable engaging business owners and executives
- Organized and able to follow structured processes
