I am looking for an experienced bookkeeper to help me set up and maintain QuickBooks Online for two very small, straightforward businesses:

  • Juneau Sauna RentalLLC – mobile sauna rental business
  • Seaside Leasing LLC – real estate ownership and rental

This is a simple, low-volume operation. I am a one-person business owner who has downsized from a larger company and want clean, accurate books without unnecessary complexity.

Primary Needs:

QuickBooks Online Setup (from scratch)

Create and properly structure two separate companies

Chart of accounts setup

Connect bank feeds and credit cards

Ensure system is clean and easy to maintain

Monthly Bookkeeping & Maintenance

Reconcile multiple checking accounts

Reconcile credit cards

Enter and categorize bills / expenses

Keep QuickBooks current (monthly updates)

Sales Tax Tracking & Filing

Track monthly local sales tax

Prepare figures for filing/payment

Ensure compliance and accuracy

General Data Entry & Accuracy

Expense coding

Basic reporting as needed

Business Characteristics:

Simple income and expense structure
