Real Estate Agent / Broker – Off-Market & Pre-Foreclosure Opportunities
Job Overview
We are seeking a licensed real estate agent or broker in the Jupiter, FL area to assist with sourcing off-market and pre-foreclosure residential properties.This is a flexible, performance-based opportunity for an agent interested in working directly with property owners and identifying investment opportunities outside of the MLS.
- Responsibilities:
- Identify pre-foreclosure and distressed properties
- Review public records (lis pendens, foreclosure filings)
- Conduct outreach to homeowners (phone, mail, or in person)
- Evaluate seller motivation and potential deal structure
- Present opportunities to investor/buyer
- Maintain lead tracking and communication records
- Qualifications:
- Active Florida real estate license
- Knowledge of Palm Beach County market
- Experience with off-market or distressed properties preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Compensation:
- Commission-based (deal-driven)
- Bonus incentives available for closed transactions
- Ongoing opportunity for repeat deal flow
Pay: $54,754.27 - $70,026.65 per year
