Duties and Essential Functions:
ยท Master commercial real estate analysis and brokerage.
ยท Identify and secure new deal opportunities.
ยท Proactively and consistently engage with commercial property owners/investors.
ยท Conduct daily outreach calls to investment property owners with confidence and tenacity.
ยท Guide potential clients through property visits and highlight key property features.
ยท Draft letters of intent, listing agreements, and facilitate purchase and sale negotiations.
ยท Streamline marketing and transaction efforts by coordinating with various stakeholders.
ยท Keep thorough and organized records of client interactions in the database.
ยท Participate in local, state and national networking and industry events to build connections.
ยท Deliver insightful financial analysis and investment property assessments to clients.
ยท Use the companyโs tools, resources, and technology to foster client relationships and drive business.
ยท Fulfill other responsibilities as directed by management.
Requirements:
ยท Active Real Estate License.
ยท 1+ years of sales experience (preferred but not mandatory); 3-5 years for senior-level roles.
ยท Resilient, self-starting attitude with a drive to succeed.
ยท Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
ยท Demonstrated skill in prospecting and securing new accounts.
ยท Exceptional organizational skills to consistently engage with a wide client network.
ยท Proficiency in financial analysis and investment property evaluation.
