About This Role
You are not just taking calls you are directly responsible for generating revenue.
Every conversation, every follow-up, and every negotiation you handle has a direct impact on deal flow and company growth.

- Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert qualified warm leads, no cold calling
- Build trust and rapport with homeowners to identify their needs
- Evaluate properties, run comparables, and negotiate offers effectively
- Follow up consistently with potential sellers to close contracts efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and deal progress in CRM (HubSpot)
- Collaborate with acquisitions and transaction teams to ensure seamless deal handoffs
- Qualifications
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets (high-ticket preferred)
- Experience with CRMs and real estate tools (HubSpot, PropStream, Zillow, etc.)
- Motivated, disciplined, and performance-driven mindset
