Adfy is looking for a real estate transaction coordinator, admin, operations professional, or industry connector who already has relationships with agents, brokers, teams, investors, or other TCs and wants to turn that network into a long-term revenue opportunity.

This is not a traditional admin role and it is not just a sales role.

This is for someone who understands the real estate transaction process, knows where agents and teams are struggling operationally, and has the relationships or credibility to introduce them to a backend support platform that can help.

Adfy provides the systems, team, service delivery, onboarding, transaction coordination support, VA support, and operational infrastructure.

You help bring the right real estate professionals into the ecosystem.

    What You’ll Do
  • Introduce Adfy to agents, teams, brokers, investors, or TCs in your network
  • Help identify real estate professionals who need transaction coordination, VA support, or backend operations help
  • Book qualified strategy/onboarding calls
  • Help explain the value of operational support from the perspective of someone who understands the transaction process
  • Share feedback from the market so we can improve our offers, onboarding, and services
  • Represent Adfy professionally in real estate groups, communities, and conversations

Compensation

This is a performance-based growth partner opportunity.

    Compensation may include:
  • Paid booking incentives
  • Client activation commissions
  • Residual income from clients you help bring into Adfy
  • Performance bonuses
  • Potential earned partner-level upside after proven production

This is best for someone who wants more than one-time admin income and is interested in building long-term revenue around their real estate relationships.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
