Eagle Staffing Company is seeking a motivated, high-energy CNA Recruiter / Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a remote, relationship-driven role focused on recruiting and placing Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in healthcare facilities.
This position starts as part-time with the opportunity to quickly transition into a full-time role based on performance.

- Schedule
- Part-Time: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Full-Time (Performance-Based): Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Compensation
- $18–$20/hour (based on experience)
- Commission Structure (Can earn upwards of an additional $500+ per week)

- Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, screen, and onboard CNAs for placement
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls, texts, and emails daily
- Build and maintain relationships with CNAs and healthcare clients
- Fill open shifts quickly and efficiently
- Maintain consistent communication with active staff
- Develop partnerships with CNA schools and training programs
- Represent the company at job fairs and hiring events
- Track candidate activity and performance metrics
- What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Organized with a strong attention to detail
- Comprehensive documentation in our ATS and CRM systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Relationship-building mindset
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Prior Staffing and/or recruiting experience, preferrably in the healthcare space.
