Reddit Expert
We’re looking for a Reddit expert who can help us establish and grow our presence on the platform. We need someone who understands how to shift the narrative in a genuine and community-friendly way.
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a short-term strategy to improve brand perception on Reddit
- Create and manage posts in relevant subreddits
- Engage with communities authentically, following subreddit rules and culture
- Troubleshoot and resolve account/restriction issues if they arise
- Provide guidance on best practices for long-term, sustainable Reddit growth
- Monitor and respond to comments while ensuring tone stays positive and trust-building
- Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Reddit accounts for brands or projects
- Strong understanding of subreddit rules, etiquette, and culture
- Experience with reputation management and changing community perception
- Ability to create engaging, non-promotional content that resonates with users
- Quick problem-solving skills for account or moderation challenges
Scope:
