Job Description:
CDL-A In-Cab Instructor – $7.5K Sign-On
$90K Salary - Experienced Drivers Only!
Bison USA is hiring CDL-A drivers to train new drivers in-cab.
Must have 3+ years safe CDL-A experience.
You’ll share the truck, ride with students, and help teach the right way.
- $7,500 Sign-On Bonus
- HOME WEEKLY
- Full-time, steady work

Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of verifiable, accident-free Class A driving experience in interstate commerce.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to inspire and motivate new drivers.
- Experience in driver training is preferred but not required—your passion for safety and teaching is what matters most.
- Willingness to share truck space with students.
- Completion of a two-day ICI certification class
- Maintain acceptable safety, operations, shop, and training performance
- Attend quarterly ICI meetings
- Continuous training via online sources and in-person classroom events
Wage Range: 90000.00 - 90000.00 per year
