What we’re looking for

This role will be responsible for providing senior regional leadership across all NCUK activity within their region, with accountability for regional performance, delivery against agreed KPIs and ownership of the regional profit and loss.

The role leads the development and delivery of a regional strategy aligned to NCUK’s wider corporate objectives, ensuring commercial growth, academic delivery, student outcomes, partner satisfaction and financial sustainability are achieved in a coordinated and sustainable way.

Strong regional leadership and collaboration are central to the role, acting as the key integrating point across functions operating within the region. Through matrix leadership across Business Development, Finance, Academic, Marketing, University Partnerships and Placement, the role ensures regional priorities are aligned, activity is effectively coordinated and outcomes support NCUK’s overall strategy.

This is a key role in strengthening regional performance, enabling cross-functional collaboration and driving a consistent, high-quality partner and student experience across the region.

We are a remote first organisation and this is primarily a remote role however there will be a need for regular travel across the region.
