We are seeking a Regulatory & Quality Reporting Analyst to support CMS quality reporting, regulatory compliance initiatives, and Epic-related build and reporting activities for a healthcare organization. This contract role requires a combination of healthcare regulatory knowledge and Epic technical expertise across inpatient and outpatient settings.
Key Responsibilities
Support CMS quality measure submissions, including eCQMs, inpatient/outpatient quality reporting, and ACO/MSSP programs
Monitor and interpret CMS and ONC proposed/finalized regulations and assess operational impact
Build and support Epic reporting and configuration solutions, including QRDAs, extracts, risk assessments, and clinical documentation workflows
Perform monthly and quarterly quality performance monitoring and reporting
Collaborate with regulatory leadership and support junior analysts as needed
Required Qualifications
Experience with CMS and ONC regulatory programs
Hands-on experience with CMS quality reporting and submissions
Epic reporting/build experience including QRDAs and clinical documentation configuration
Ability to understand regulatory requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Experience supporting both inpatient and outpatient environments
Preferred Qualifications
Epic certification(s)
Experience mentoring junior team members
Healthcare system or provider-side experience
