Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Crossover is seeking an Academic Advisor for GT Anywhere, a virtual institution for gifted learners. In this role, you will empower 3rd–8th grade students through coaching conversations, leveraging AI tools to monitor progress and facilitate growth.

Conducting biweekly 1:1 virtual coaching conversations with each student, centered on academic planning, motivation, and growth mindset
Hosting open "office hours" sessions where students can join for immediate support, encouragement, or problem-solving
Leveraging AI tools and performance dashboards to monitor student advancement, pinpoint obstacles, and refine your coaching methods
Documenting observations, concerns, and tactical adjustments to keep each student progressing on an accelerated growth path
Working alongside your team to exchange effective practices, elevate issues, and continuously enhance the coaching framework

Master's degree in any field
At least 1 year of experience coaching, mentoring, or motivating K–8 students
Proven high performance in any field—academics, athletics, entrepreneurship, or the arts
Strong virtual presence and ability to connect with students quickly over Zoom/Google Meet
Comfortable using dashboards and tech tools to track and adjust performance
Ability to maintain at least 80 percent overlap with US business hours
PhD in any field
Background in performance coaching, sports psychology, or motivational work
Experience working with homeschool or alternative education families
