Vaco by Highspring is a large, fast-paced organization seeking multiple Accounts Payable Specialists to support a backlog following a recent ERP go live. The role involves full cycle accounts payable, high volume invoice processing, and collaboration with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Responsibilities
- Full cycle AP with heavy 3 way matching
- High volume invoice processing
- Work within large scale P2P/ERP systems (Oracle Fusion + NetSuite experience preferred)
- Perform data analysis using Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivots)
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
- Support process cleanup following ERP implementation
- Skills
- Degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years AP experience (including 3 way match)
- Experience in large companies
- Manufacturing or distribution industry background
- Strong Excel skills
- Self starter who thrives in fast paced environments
- Oracle Fusion + NetSuite experience
