Job Summary:


We're looking for a talented and experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Program Manager, Customer Service, you will be responsible for driving high-visibility programs that directly impact the customer experience globally. You will possess and execute complex projects and programs, and will be viewed as a thought leader and innovator within the organization.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Scope and deliver complex, business-critical projects from start to finish, driving and shaping the overall program's strategy and roadmap

  • Define business and systems requirements, working with internal and external stakeholders

  • Define and execute project plans, securing resources, and managing execution

  • Clearly communicate objectives, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes

  • Liaise with all departments, including technical teams, to ensure significant areas are participated in to foster expectations within their area to support project expectations

  • Support partner teams to refine processes and increase efficiency in line with program goals

  • Engage with stakeholders across various geographies and time zones

  • Make appropriate trade-offs to optimize time-to-market in consultation with stakeholders

  • Manage multiple internal and external, cross-functional, and remote stakeholders

  • Develop change management processes related to program rollout and ongoing support

  • Track delivery against program targets and implement recommendations to improve program services and efficiencies



Requirements:



  • 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams

  • 3+ years of team management experience

  • 3+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience

  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

  • Bachelor's degree


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience making, analyzing, and delivering results to senior leadership
