Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented Analyst to provide high-level analytical, financial, and technical support for ongoing and ad-hoc projects related to lending and product management. The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, data analysis, and problem-solving, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify business intelligence and analytical needs


• Assess report results to provide insights and recommendations


• Develop reports for senior management on lending and product management


• Perform monthly and quarterly ad-hoc analyses and reports


• Conduct competitive analysis for lending products and services


• Develop departmental budgets and monitor monthly expenses


• Create exception reporting tools to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance


• Collaborate with the Data Analysis team to identify process improvements


• Lead product development or product enhancement projects


• Work in a team environment and advocate for employees and customers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field


• 3+ years of experience in a similar or related field


• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)


• Knowledge of American Airlines Credit Union systems, databases, and processes


• Ability to maintain and create databases, import data, and manage connections


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize work effectively
