[Remote] Audit Manager - Remote - Up to $170K Base + 10% Bonus

They are seeking an Audit Manager to lead engagements, mentor talent, and contribute to firm growth, all while working fully remotely. Responsibilities • Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through issuance • Supervise, mentor, and develop Senior Associates and Associates • Serve as a primary client contact and trusted advisor • Review workpapers, financial statements, and technical accounting matters • Research and resolve complex accounting and auditing issues • Collaborate with firm leadership on practice growth and process improvement • Identify value-add opportunities for clients Skills • 5+ years of public accounting experience (audit focus) • Active CPA license • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and GAAS • Experience managing audit teams and multiple engagements • Excellent communication and client relationship skills • A leadership mindset with a passion for mentoring • Desire to grow within a progressive, expanding firm Benefits • 401(k) with firm contribution • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage • Generous PTO and paid holidays • Paid parental leave • CPA and CPE reimbursement • Technology stipend for your home office Company Overview • A Recruiting Company with Heart, Hustle, and High Standards.
