    Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner.
  • Assist Broward County Transit System TOPS Customers schedule transportation services in an empathetic and patient manner.
  • Respond to questions and provide information while exceeding customer expectations.
  • De-escalating customers who are upset with their experience and ensure that we explore all options to satisfy their needs.
    Details:
  • Start Date: Monday 6/1/26
  • PAID Training Schedule: Monday through Friday 9am-5pm EST for 3 weeks
  • SHIFTS: 5 days a week (Sundays & 4 weekdays)
  • Schedule: 3pm - 12am MIDNIGHT (Sunday schedule earlier, 12pm - 9pm)
  • Pay: $16.19/hr plus performance pay

TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS:

    Operating System / PC:
  • Windows 11 PRO (no Macs or Chromebooks)
  • Two (2) available USB 2.0 or greater ports
    USB Headset with Microphone
  • Must have mute & volume control
    Camera:
  • Integrated or USB Camera with 1080p resolution or higher. Please note that camera models will vary. Please make sure the cameras are compatible with Windows 11.
    Standard Connection / Speed:
  • Must have Hard-wired connection (No wireless/No WiFi/No 5G internet such as T-Mobile or Metro PCS)
  • Minimum 45 Mpbs download / Minimum 10 Mpbs upload
  • Internet connection must not be shared with more than 3 devices in the same location

Salary & Benefits:
