Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team at Coca-Cola. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations by providing data-driven insights and analysis to inform strategic decisions. This is a part-time, remote opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $26/hour.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Conduct pre- and post-analysis of client programs, strategic initiatives, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing projects to support business decision-making

  • Investigate the performance of pilot drives and follow a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing)

  • Maintain and update required tools based on business needs (e.g., BPM or Course Planning models)

  • Identify errors, discrepancies, and gaps in reporting and processes, and provide solutions

  • Proactively search for trends and patterns in data to identify opportunities or gaps for the business to consider or address

  • Support the development of Coke Florida tools to improve financial targets and enhance value chain capabilities

  • Model business scenarios based on known data sets and business needs/requirements

  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed, and create executive summaries


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of business management, supply chain, marketing, finance, or operations experience with an emphasis on analysis, modeling, or forecasting

  • Management consulting or engineering experience highly preferred

  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLookups, and modeling capabilities

  • Strong data literacy and data visualization skills via Tableau or Microsoft Power BI

  • Proficient in other MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Access, Word, Visio)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Understanding of Profit and Loss Statement

  • Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and support various stakeholders

  • Strong change management skills and ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, simulations, solver, and SQL

  • Statistical analysis using R or a similar tool

  • Knowledge of Edge Minder (Notable Intelligent Digger) or other data mining/sales reporting tools

  • Knowledge of SharePoint

  • Operational understanding of selling, distribution, warehouse, production processes

  • Project management or service experience
