Remote Call Center Representative - (F-T & P-T) Day and Night Shift
We’re seeking highly motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our remote call center team. As a Call Center Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, processing orders, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- This is a remote position with flexible scheduling options for both full-time and part-time roles. We have availability across day and night shifts, including weekends.Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and/or chats from customers professionally and promptly
- Provide product/service information and resolve customer issues
- Troubleshoot problems and guide customers through solutions
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Meet performance metrics including call handling time, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required); college degree is a plus
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using computer systems, CRMs, and call software
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Shifts Available
- Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (varies by time zone)
- Evening/Night Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Weekend shifts available and may be required depending on scheduling needs
