About the Role:

Architek Health Provider Network is seeking experienced MDs and DOs with 20–50 active state licenses to serve as collaborating physicians for nurse practitioners (NPs) and physician assistants (PAs) in a telehealth-only, asynchronous setting.

This is a non-clinical, low-effort, compliance-focused role that allows you to generate passive income by partnering with independently practicing NPs/PAs across the U.S. All clinicians carry their own malpractice insurance and operate under clearly defined clinical protocols.

Therapies Supported by NPs/PAs You Will Oversee:

You will collaborate with providers prescribing the following non-controlled medications and protocols:
• GLP-1 agonists: Semaglutide, Tirzepatide
• Peptide therapies: AOD-9604, BPC-157, CJC-1295, Epitalon, GHK-Cu, Ipamorelin, MOTS-C, Selank, Semax, TB-500, Tesamorelin
• Hormonal therapies: Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)
• NAD+ protocols
• Sexual wellness medications: Sildenafil, Tadalafil

Compensation:
• Earn up to $1.00 per patient encounter completed by your collaborating provider(s)
• With high-volume coverage across states, you can earn $250–$400/day equivalent passive income
• Minimal oversight; most collaborators spend <1 hour/week

What You’ll Do:
• Act as the formal collaborating/supervising physician per state law
• Remain available for consult per regulation — typically no real-time oversight required
• Review and sign required collaboration agreements (asynchronous)
• Maintain compliance with state supervision caps (we help monitor this)

• Comfortable overseeing asynchronous care models
