The Commercial Finance Manager plays a key strategic role in driving profitable and sustainable business growth by providing financial leadership and insights to the regional Finance Manager and Leadership Team.

    Responsibilities
  • You will partner closely with the Regional Finance Manager to provide thoughtful financial leadership and become a trusted advisor to the regional Leadership Team
  • You will dive deep into financial analyses to uncover meaningful insights and offer clear, actionable recommendations that guide strategic business decisions
  • You create and communicate financial reports that tell a compelling story—tailored for senior leadership and designed to bring clarity, accuracy, and context to key financial trends
  • You will own the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with FP&A teams and using data, market insights, and sound judgment to build reliable financial plans aligned with business priorities
  • You will evaluate investment opportunities by conducting thorough financial assessments and risk analyses, contributing balanced, well‑founded insights to decision-making
  • You define and monitor KPIs, establishing effective tracking mechanisms that support timely adjustments and proactive financial performance management
  • You will contribute to long‑term strategy, bringing financial expertise and a forward‑looking perspective to planning activities that drive sustainable growth and profitability
  • You will analyze operational processes and financial metrics to identify improvement opportunities and propose practical recommendations that enhance efficiency and cost discipline
  • You will collaborate closely with Controllership, ensuring commercial and operational teams understand and apply GE HealthCare policies effectively
  • You will support balance sheet reviews alongside Controllership, identifying emerging trends, potential risks, and improvement opportunities
  • You will build strong relationships across the business, fostering open communication with internal stakeholders as well as external partners
  • You will oversee billing and credit recovery processes, ensuring timely invoicing, robust controls, and disciplined follow-up to optimize cash flow and minimize delinquencies
    Skills
  • You will bring a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration, along with 8+ years of relevant financial experience
  • You have a strong technical Finance expertise, demonstrating independence in problem‑solving and confident decision‑making
  • You communicate fluently in English and German
  • You will leverage proven Finance experience, guiding teams and contributing to organizational success
  • You will apply your understanding of Commercial Finance principles to support sound business decisions and growth
  • You will demonstrate excellent communication skills, translating complex financial insights into clear, compelling messages
  • You will build strong interpersonal connections, influencing others and driving positive change across levels, functions, and regions—prioritizing regular Gemba walks to stay close to frontline dynamics
