[Remote] Consultant, Systems & Change Management - Salesforce

They are seeking a Consultant for their Systems & Change Management team, who will lead projects focused on data management and fundraising operations, leveraging Salesforce expertise to enhance client outcomes. Responsibilities β’ Successfully lead and manage projects from inception to conclusion β’ Apply critical and strategic thinking to quickly identify the crux of a problem, question or issue β’ Communicate clearly, concisely, and logically both verbally and in writing and is comfortable articulating strategies with a variety of audiences; ability to convey information in a thoughtful visual manner a plus β’ Thrive in a startup environment, working independently and helping to shape and lead the growth of a cutting-edge practice within the firm. β’ Assessing the ability of client systems and processes to support high-performing fundraising programs and ambitious, multi-year campaigns β’ Developing business processes and standard operating procedures to streamline operations β’ Prioritizing data for cleanup and developing a plan for ongoing oversight and maintenance β’ Evaluating the integrity and flow of data in highly complex organizations β’ Working with client leadership to identify key performance indicators and set financial, philanthropic and activity goals β’ Developing reports and dashboards to meet client needs β’ Supporting systems conversions from requirements definition to go-live Skills β’ Experience working with Salesforce as an administrator and/or developer β’ Technical proficiency required to recognize, scope, and design optimal methods for the generation, entry, management, use, and interpretation of data β’ An understanding of systems architecture best practices and data governance standard protocols β’ Demonstrated familiarity with data analysis β’ Experience working with large data sets β’ A comprehensive understanding of the data life cycle (from entry to insight) β’ Experience working with stakeholders at various levels and across different departments β’ Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously β’ A continuous learning mindset β’ Experience working with relational databases, CRM and ERP systems beyond the end-user perspective in a non-profit setting β’ Healthcare, higher education, and/or federated nonprofit experience a plus β’ Great storytelling skills and strong public speaking skills β’ Experience with the following: Data visualization and dynamic reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) β’ Workflow modeling and business process design (e.g. Visio) β’ Relational database architecture and management β’ Query/programming languages (e.g. SQL, Python) a plus Benefits β’ Competitive benefits β’ Dynamic training program β’ Resources β’ Career advancement β’ Mentoring β’ Networking opportunities Company Overview β’ CCS Fundraising provides interim development management and assessments services.
