Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer support through live chat and phone platforms, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

  • Maintain a professional, friendly, and empathetic tone in all interactions, ensuring proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation in written communication.

Qualifications:
