Responsibilities:
Ā Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Ā Resolve customer issues, including order discrepancies, returns, cancellations, and refunds.
Ā Provide product information and assist with troubleshooting technical issues.
Ā Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Ā Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
Ā Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
Ā Meet or exceed performance targets, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings.
Requirements:
Ā High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
Ā Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
Ā Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ā Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Ā Proficiency with computers and the ability to navigate multiple systems and applications.
Ā Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions.
Ā Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Ā Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ā Experience using Amazon products and services.
Ā Bilingual in English and another language.
Ā Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools.
