Job Description:


The successful candidate will work closely with our client service teams, Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) groups, and part teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key responsibilities include:



  • Managing and resolving customer escalations, including those raised by clients, service alerts, or internal engineering teams

  • Collaborating with client service teams, SRE groups, and part teams to resolve complex customer issues

  • Providing guidance and insights to improve the quality and reliability of our services

  • Participating in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical escalations

  • Identifying and implementing solutions to reduce workload, automate processes, and resolve technical issues with services

  • Documenting escalation details, actions, and results, and sharing learnings and best practices with engineering and support teams
