[Remote] Customer Service Shift Lead
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Corpay is currently looking to hire a contract Customer Service Shift Lead within their Buyatab division. In this role, you will manage and resolve day-to-day escalated inquiries and assist with client escalation support while collaborating with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the team, motivating, coaching, providing direction and feedback to workers during shifts
- Managing and resolving day-to-day escalated inquiries from B2C customers in a timely manner
- Spotting trends in customer issues to flag for the rest of the team
- Assisting with client escalation support
- Assisting management with monthly reporting
- Fostering and maintaining the Buyatab culture and a positive work environment
Skills
- High school diploma
- 1+ years of customer service experience in a related field
- Must be located in Vancouver
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
- Skilled at critical thinking and problem-solving and can not only clearly identify, define, and articulate problems, but develop creative solutions for them
- Passionate about ensuring a high standard of professionalism and providing stellar customer service
- Fast learner and adept at both understanding and articulating new technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and can effectively research the internet
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role (preferably in a SaaS environment) is an asset but not required
- Prior experience working with customer support tools and ticketing systems such as JIRA/Confluence, Zendesk, Slack
