About the Role

As a Customer Support and Data Entry Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch customer service, managing data entry tasks, and supporting our internal Account Management teams. Key Responsibilities


  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and Wellness Program participants via phone, email, and other communication channels.

  • Support internal Account Management teams with data-related tasks, queries, and requests.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Essential Qualifications
