Responsibilities:

• Transfer data from paper formats, recorders, or scanners to digital formats


• Enter data into databases, records, and files with accuracy and speed


• Handle numerical data and create spreadsheets


• Organize and curate large datasets


• Update databases and records with new information


• Correct and modify inaccurate files and records


• Maintain data confidentiality and security


• Verify data by checking and comparing source documentation


• Organize paper formats and material source files as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma; associate's or bachelor's degree in business, administration, or related field preferred


• Prior experience in data entry or a related field


• Fast and accurate typing skills (touch typing system preferred)


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets


• Self-directed and able to work without supervision


• Willingness to learn and grow with the company
