Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. InsideOut is a high-performing, global network marketing leader in the health & wellness and nutritional supplements space. They are seeking a senior-level Digital Marketing Strategist who will own and drive personal branding and lead-generation initiatives while acting as a strategic partner to the founder.

    Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic right-hand partner to the founder, owning marketing and personal branding initiatives end-to-end
  • Lead attraction marketing strategies specifically tailored to network marketing & high-ticket wellness offers
  • Own and optimize personal branding strategy across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring consistent positioning and messaging
  • Develop content direction including:
  • Video hooks and frameworks
  • Messaging angles aligned with compliance and industry standards
  • Caption guidance and voice-over structures
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid Meta/Facebook campaigns, with a strong focus on storytelling, authority, and conversion
  • Build and manage funnels and automations using platforms like GoHighLevel, Systeme.io, or similar tools
  • Collaborate closely with leadership while confidently challenging ideas, proposing improvements, and driving decisions
  • Balance big-picture brand strategy with hands-on execution and backend understanding
    Skills
  • C1 ENGLISH LEVEL IS REQUIRED, THE SELECTED CANDIDATE WILL BE SPEAKING STRICTLY IN ENGLISH DURING THEIR WHOLE SHIFT
  • Proven senior-level experience in Network Marketing / MLM (non-negotiable)
  • Strong background in the Health & Wellness industry, ideally supplements or functional wellness
  • Deep understanding of attraction marketing
  • Deep understanding of compliance limitations in wellness claims
  • Deep understanding of duplication systems and team-based growth
  • Demonstrated experience managing multi-platform personal brands (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Strong execution skills combined with strategic thinking (not overly report- or dashboard-focused)
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads
  • Hands-on experience with funnels & automations
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing tools
  • Extremely self-directed and confident, comfortable working with a fast-paced, high-expectation founder
  • Able to take ownership, give pushback when needed, and operate without hand-holding
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
