As a Remote Fundraising Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Making outbound fundraising calls to existing and potential donors using a scripted approach


• Processing credit card gifts and working with our coaching team to optimize success


• Recording donor information accurately and efficiently in our computer system


• Coding calls correctly to ensure data integrity

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A reliable computer or laptop, USB headset, and Ethernet cord


• A stable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace


• Excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to work independently
