✔ 1+ years of telesales/phone-based closing experience — Proven track record in high-ticket sales

✔ Master of the fundamentals — Strong grasp of tonality, discovery, and objection handling

✔ Team-first mentality — Collaborative, supportive, and genuinely excited to build something great with others

✔ Empathetic closer — You build trust and rapport, not pressure. Emotionally intelligent with customers and teammates

✔ Self-motivated and coachable — Strong follow-through habits with eagerness to learn and grow

✔ Tech-savvy and organized — Comfortable with CRM management, pipeline organization, and task follow-through

✔ Fully committed — Ready to work 40+ hours weekly, starting 7 AM Mon-Fri with some weekend coverage

✔ Collaborate seamlessly — Work with fulfillment and support teams for smooth handoffs

✔ Contribute to growth — Help refine scripts, lead routing, and sales strategies

✔ Step into leadership — Train new closers and manage regional operations as we scale
