Job Overview:

• Location: Fully remote (work as per EST hours), anywhere in India


• Contract position with immediate start

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage IAM systems and services, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), user automated lifecycle management, and identity governance


• Collaborate with IT and business units to understand access requirements and translate them into technical specifications


• Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and controls in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements


• Integrate PAM solutions with other security systems, such as SIEM, multi-factor authentication, and identity management platforms


• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related incidents and enhance system performance


• Provide guidance and leadership to junior team members and act as an IAM subject matter expert within the organization


• Stay current with emerging IAM technologies and trends to improve security posture and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• 9+ years of cyber security experience


• 5+ years of experience in an IAM role with a strong understanding of IAM principles, technologies, and frameworks


• 5+ years of experience with IAM tools and platforms, such as Okta, BeyondTrust, Cyberark, Azure Active Directory, etc.


• Strong background and experience in PAM, including BeyondTrust and CyberArk


• Experience with coding/scripting and automation to streamline IAM processes


• Knowledge of authentication protocols, such as SAML, OIDC, Oauth, and Web Authn


• Knowledge of directory services, LDAP, Active Directory, and other identity repositories


• Industry certifications, such as CISSP or IAM-specific certifications, are preferred
